Candidates are submitted to our clients only after personal screening by ourselves. We source either through our own database, advertising in appropriate media or headhunting. We will discuss each candidate before submitting their CVs and will endeavor to verify all details and reference checks beforehand.


Upon successful placement of a candidate, fees will be charged at a pre-negotiated percentage of ANNUAL BASIC INCOME


1.       Should employee cease to be employed within one month of starting date, for any reason, candidate will be replaced at no extra charge

2.       Should candidate cease to be employed within a further three months after above date, a replacement candidate will be offered at 4% of annual income

From office support to technicians we thoroughly screen and evaluate all candidates, to ensure that they can fill their assignments in a professional manner with a minimum of training on your part.


All rates for temporary staff are negotiated for each assignment, depending on your requirements in terms of duties and duration.




Should you wish to employ contract staff on your own payroll, nothing could be easier than contacting SERVICE SOLUTIONS. We pay the same amount of care and attention that we would to your permanent staff needs.


Should you wish to subsequently make a position permanent, our fees are negotiated to take into account payments already made, thus you would never pay more than a permanent placement fee.
